Governance

The Executive Committee is comprised of the President, Vice President, 2nd Vice President, Secretary, Treasurer, and Past President. Two-year terms are served with two (2) alternating term cycles to maintain successful operations. The Board of Directors consists of fifteen (15) Regional Directors, and three (3) Directors for each of the five (5) NCACBSS Regions. The Executive Committee and NCACBSS Regional Directors are elected by the membership during the Annual Meeting.
